BEST loyalty tiers are retired — utility moved to Vision (VSN) (BEST+PAN merge, July 2025).
1. Broker crypto premiums (buy / sell / swap)
On the standard Bitpanda Broker, premiums are included in the live offer price. Charts show mid/market context — the final all-in price appears on the order summary (typically valid ~20 seconds for most assets).

2. Bitpanda Fusion trading fees (30-day volume)
Fusion is Bitpanda’s advanced crypto broker with aggregated order books (12+ venues), 2,000+ pairs, and degressive fees. Same account — toggle Fusion in the app/web. Bitpanda states no deposit or withdrawal fees on supported rails for Fusion funding. VIP tier matching from other exchanges may be available with proof.

- Do not model old BEST Level 1–3 holding discounts (−10/−15/−20%) as current — those tier tables are obsolete.

8. Practical checklist
- Fund with SEPA EUR when possible (free both ways on Bitpanda’s side).
- For frequent crypto trading, compare Broker all-in premium vs Fusion tier on your 30-day volume.
- Enable VSN fee payment only if you already hold VSN and the 20% discount beats conversion friction.
- Stocks/ETFs: budget €1 per fill plus spread; complete appropriateness / profile steps before first trade.
- Card: prefer eligible crypto spend for 1% cashback; avoid ATM unless necessary (2% / €2 min).
- Crypto withdrawals: check dynamic network fee and asset minimums in-app before confirming.
Safety: Enable 2FA before large deposits. Prefer official app stores / bitpanda.com domains. Bitpanda markets multi-sig cold storage for the bulk of assets — still treat exchange balances as counterparty risk and withdraw long-term holdings to self-custody when appropriate.
